To Activate Windows using command line, following two tasks should be done.
Procedure
1. Install product key to Windows
script C:\Windows\System32\Slmgr.vbs /ipk “Product key”
2. Activate Windows
cscript C:\Windows\System32\Slmgr.vbs /ato
